IFFCO Group*encourages our people to be entrepreneurs and we believe that our “people” make the big difference.</p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>The jobholder is responsible for:</p><ul><li>Formulation of optimized premix&feed formulations for all customers of IAN.</li><li>Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on Technical/Nutritional support to Sales team and customers.</li><li>To support client's/customer's Nutrition manager on Feed and premix formulation in the office and online.</li><li>Introduction of new concepts, develop new products and technologies in Animal Nutrition.</li></ul><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Formulate optimized premixes and feeds based on customer requirements and breed specifications.</li><li>Optimize standard formulas for feeds and premixes.</li><li>Provide technical/nutritional support to the sales team and customers.</li><li>Assist customers and farmers with various technical queries.</li><li>Coordinate with the production team for batching and dosing checks.</li><li>Support the Nutrition Manager in feed and premix formulation, introducing new concepts, and developing new products and technologies in animal nutrition.</li><li>Identify nutritional concepts and technologies outside IFFCO for implementation.</li><li>Apply measures to monitor products, conduct laboratory tests, and ensure the production of high-quality premixes and feeds.</li><li>Perform competitor's product testing and benchmark our product performance.</li><li>Communicate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities in various markets.</li><li>Cooperate with IFFCO Poultry Division for trials and technical cooperation.</li><li>Continuously benchmark competing products for functionality and cost.</li><li>Maintain expertise in nutritional trends and stay up to date with regulatory changes locally and internationally.</li><li>Provide technical support for the purchase of vitamins and additives.</li><li>Understand legal requirements and company HSE policies, Implement and ensure compliance in the responsible areas.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Minimum Bachelors degree in Veterinary Science.</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills</b></p><ul><li>Product Knowledge</li><li>New Product Development</li><li>Food Technology and Trends</li><li>Food Regulations</li><li>Communicating effectively</li><li>Self and Team Management</li><li>Planning&Decision Making</li><li>Customer Centricity</li><li>Ownership&Result Orientation</li><li>Product Formulation Process</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p><ul><li>5-8 years' experience in R&D function of Animal Feed Industry.</li></ul><p>IFFCO Group* is Top 100 Most In-demand Employer in MENA*.</p><p>IFFCO Group refers to all the group companies, affiliates and associates across globe, as listed under IFFCO Network.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
