The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, providing excellent customer support, and conducting training sessions on trading solutions. Agents will also drive sales growth by offering tailored solutions to meet client needs and achieving set business targets.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.</li><li>Proven expertise in Sales, with an ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet targets.</li><li>Experience in Training others, particularly in financial products and services, is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge or exposure to Insurance or other financial products is beneficial.</li><li>Proficiency in multiple languages and experience in the financial trading industry is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively within a team environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
