We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Foreman to join our operations team in Abu Dhabi United Arab this leadership role you will oversee daily construction or industrial operations manage work crews and ensure all projects meet our high standards for safety quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong supervisory skills decisive decision-making abilities and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Supervise coordinate and direct work crews to ensure timely project completion and adherence to schedulesEnforce safety protocols regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment for all team membersConduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standardsManage equipment tools and materials inventory ensuring proper maintenance and allocation of resourcesCommunicate effectively with project management clients and team members regarding progress challenges and solutionsIdentify and resolve on-site issues promptly demonstrating problem-solving skills and sound judgmentTrain mentor and evaluate crew members providing feedback and guidance to support professional developmentMaintain accurate records of work progress safety incidents and daily operationsCoordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless project executionMonitor budget adherence and report on project costs and resource utilizationQualifications : Minimum 5 years of supervisory or foreman experience in construction manufacturing or industrial operationsProven track record of successfully managing work crews and meeting project deadlinesStrong knowledge of safety standards regulations and best practices relevant to the industryProficiency in reading blueprints technical drawings and project specificationsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teamsProblem-solving abilities and sound decision-making judgmentProficiency in equipment operation and maintenance proceduresFamiliarity with project management tools and documentation systemsValid safety certifications (OSHA or equivalent) or willingness to obtain themExperience with budget management and cost control (preferred)Knowledge of UAE construction standards and local regulations (preferred)Bilingual capabilities in English and Arabic (preferred)Additional Information : Experience working with contracting infrastructure or real estate development companies.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
