As an FM Helper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.Assist with routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs throughout the facilityPerform regular cleaning and sanitation duties in accordance with established proceduresSupport the facilities management team in responding to maintenance requests and issuesConduct regular inspections of building areas to identify and report potential problemsHelp maintain inventory of supplies and equipment used in facility operationsAssist with setting up and breaking down for events or meetings as neededCollaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasksFollow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environmentMaintain accurate records of completed tasks and any issues encounteredParticipate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge related to facilities managementHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic maintenance and repair skillsKnowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipmentFamiliarity with safety protocols and proceduresBasic computer skills for record-keeping and communicationExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyGood physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPrior experience in facilities management or related field preferredRelevant vocational training in building maintenance or facilities management a plusBasic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems beneficialAbility to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantageCompetitive salary packageProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunities for growth within a reputedbrand.#J-18808-Ljbffr
