This role is critical to our operations and will involve a combination of strategic planning, personnel management, and on-the-ground coordination to ensure seamless transportation services.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, creating, and meticulously optimising driver schedules through effective shift planning to maximise productivity and ensure timely transportation services.Overseeing and managing a talented team of 30+ drivers, thereby expanding our capacity and operational efficiency.Diligently monitoring adherence to established schedules and implementing measures to guarantee efficient resource allocation. This includes the comprehensive coordination of all fleet operations on-site, ensuring that all resources are utilised effectively and operational goals are met consistently.QualificationsPrevious experience working in a construction company, as this ensures an in-depth understanding of the specific challenges and requirements involved in creating and managing work schedules within the construction industry.
