Project Development Director

<p>• Property&Real Estate Firm<br>• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<br>• Competitive Expatriate Salary Package + Benefits<br><br>Our client, a property development firm that is part of one of the largest Saudi holding groups of companies globally, seeks to recruit a Project Development Director to join their firm and drive a key master planned land development project. The group’s projects are based in Riyadh, Jeddah and Makkah with responsibilities being from conceptualisation to project handover.<br><br>Reporting to the Head of Business Development, as the client's representative, the proven performer we seek for this role will be responsible for:<br><br>• Preparation of due diligence for substantial land holding project in Riyadh from feasibility through to master planning.<br>• Manage the project concept through to documentation stage, construction and handover in terms of design, budget, program and quality.<br>• Lead and manage the prequalification and selection of consultants and contractors.<br>• Review and monitor the performance and operations of all consulting groups and head contractors as per scope of works.<br>• Monthly and periodic reporting on projects to the CEO and Board.<br>• Presentation to the Board on plans, findings and recommendations for the development.</p><p>The key attributes for this role include:<br><br>• Degree qualification in Construction / Engineering / Architecture or comparable experience considered.<br>• 15+ years’ experience with at least 10 years’ experience on residential master planned communities so land and master development experience is critical.<br>• Must be commercially astute and be adept at Board presentations.<br>• Must be able to drive projects for performance results and display proven leadership abilities.<br>• Must be bilingual in Arabic and English.<br><br>A competitive salary package will be offered to attract exceptional candidates to this growth organization that is well regarded across the globe.
