The Role Your mission is simple: Help members become stronger in 30 minutes - physically and mentally. You'll lead every session, motivate members and create an outstanding training experience from the moment they walk through the door. What You'll Be Doing Coaching & Training Lead small group, circuit based workouts Demonstrate exercises and coach correct form Keep sessions safe, fun and high energy Support members of all abilities with modifications Stay active and involved throughout each class Member Experience & Growth Welcome new members and deliver introductory sessions Convert trials into long term memberships Build strong member relationships and studio community Support marketing initiatives and local outreach Studio Operations Maintain a clean, premium training environment Support check ins and front desk duties Assist with retail and member enquiries Ensure equipment and spaces are always session ready What We're Looking For Big personality and natural energy Confident leading group sessions Passion for fitness and helping people improve Physically fit and comfortable coaching all day Clear communicator and team player Experience is great - but attitude, energy and people skills matter more Why Relocate to Saudi Arabia?
