Financial Controls Manager

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure that there are appropriate and documented internal controls and procedures in place.</li><li>Co‑coordination with various stakeholders in identifying&resolving control issues relating to the bank&its subsidiaries along with suggestions for enhancing the control structure.</li><li>Implementation of MARS across overseas branches and oversight over EIB reconciliation.</li><li>Management of the monthly reconciliation exercise in its entirety.</li><li>Preparation and maintenance of control dashboard.</li><li>E2E reconciliation.</li><li>Assist the Head of Financial controls in the development of policies, internal control structure&their implementation for various processes.</li><li>Preparation and maintenance of central ownership database.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5‑7 years working within the banking industry.</li><li>Should possess knowledge of accounting concepts and relevant banking regulations.</li><li>Adequate understanding of banking operations and processes.</li><li>Adequate knowledge of Finacle&OGL (Oracle general ledger), Sub‑system vs. GL reconciliation.</li><li>Preferably with a CA or MBA qualification.</li></ul><h3>About The Company</h3><p>Michael Page is one of the world's leading professional recruitment consultancies, specializing in the placement of candidates in permanent, contract, temporary and interim positions with clients around the world.</p><p>The Group has operations in the UK, Continental Europe, Asia‑Pacific and the Americas.
