Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Financial Controller to lead the finance function for our Packaging, Containers, and Specialty Chemicals business in Jeddah. The role will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business performance and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the businessPrepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRSDrive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesMonitor and analyze cost structures, margins, and profitability across product linesEnsure strong internal controls, governance, and compliance with local regulations and company policiesManage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationshipsPartner with operations and commercial teams to provide financial insights and decision supportOversee audit processes (internal & external) and ensure timely closureLead and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and capability buildingSupport senior management with strategic initiatives, investments, and business expansion plansKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certification preferred)Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA are highly desirableMinimum 8–12 years of experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership rolePrior experience in manufacturing, packaging, chemicals, or industrial sectors is essentialStrong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, and compliance frameworksProven experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred)Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)What We OfferOpportunity to work with a growing and diversified industrial groupStrategic role with high visibility to senior leadershipCompetitive compensation and benefits packageCareer growth and development opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
