Financial Controller

<div><p>We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven<b>Financial Controller</b>to lead the finance function for our Packaging, Containers, and Specialty Chemicals business in Jeddah. The role will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business performance and growth.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage the<b>overall finance and accounting operations</b>of the business</li><li>Prepare and oversee<b>monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</b>in compliance with IFRS</li><li>Drive<b>budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes</b></li><li>Monitor and analyze<b>cost structures, margins, and profitability</b>across product lines</li><li>Ensure strong<b>internal controls, governance, and compliance</b>with local regulations and company policies</li><li>Manage<b>cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships</b></li><li>Partner with operations and commercial teams to provide<b>financial insights and decision support</b></li><li>Oversee<b>audit processes</b>(internal&external) and ensure timely closure</li><li>Lead and develop the<b>finance team</b>, ensuring high performance and capability building</li><li>Support senior management with<b>strategic initiatives, investments, and business expansion plans</b></li></ul><h3>Key Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in<b>Finance, Accounting, or related field</b>(MBA or professional certification preferred)</li><li>Professional certifications such as<b>CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA</b>are highly desirable</li><li>Minimum<b>8–12 years of experience</b>, with at least<b>3–5 years in a leadership role</b></li><li>Prior experience in<b>manufacturing, packaging, chemicals, or industrial sectors</b>is essential</li><li>Strong knowledge of<b>IFRS, financial controls, and compliance frameworks</b></li><li>Proven experience in<b>ERP systems (SAP preferred)</b></li><li>Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills in<b>English</b>(Arabic is an advantage)</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Opportunity to work with a<b>growing and diversified industrial group</b></li><li>Strategic role with<b>high visibility to senior leadership</b></li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package</li><li>Career growth and development opportunities</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
