SteerAI’s advanced AI-powered autonomy stack, developed by the Technology Innovation Institute, empowers the logistics and defense industries by turning industrial vehicles into autonomous powerhouses that can handle complex off-road missions, transforming operations and protecting organizations' most important assets: their workforce.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Finance Specialist to support the financial operations and strategic planning of SteerAI. In this role, you will work closely with leadership, operations, and project teams to ensure strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and effective budgeting for ongoing and future initiatives.The ideal candidate combines strong financial discipline with the ability to operate in a fast-paced technology environment, supporting decision-making through financial analysis and clear reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for SteerAI programs and projects.Monitor financial performance, identifying variances and providing insights to leadership.Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and budget utilization.Support procurement and vendor financial processes, ensuring compliance with internal financial policies.Assist in the preparation of business cases, financial models, and investment analysis for new initiatives.Ensure compliance with organizational financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting requirements.Coordinate with internal finance teams to support audits, financial reviews, and reporting cycles.Contribute to improving financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial operations.Experience supporting technology, R&D, or project-based environments is preferred.Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.Experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems is an advantage.Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CPA are considered a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-financial stakeholders.Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-growing technology environment.What We OfferWe provide a competitive, tax-free salary and a comprehensive benefits package in a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment.Our benefits include an education allowance, free on-site meals, annual flight allowance, health coverage, relocation support (if applicable), and access to well-being activities such as sports and recreational events.Join us to drive innovation and shape the future of technology!#J-18808-Ljbffr
