Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Managerto join a well-established and rapidly expanding organization within the Food & Beverage / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector in the UAE. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial controls while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting processesPrepare accurate financial statements and variance analysis against budgets and forecastsReview balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial standardsSupport group consolidation and management reportingFinancial Operations & AccountingManage general ledger, journal entries, intercompany transactions, and master dataOversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely processing and collectionsLead operational accounting and technical accounting processesMonitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policiesFP&A and Business PartneringConduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reportingSupport cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, supply chain, HR, and projectsProvide insights to support business decisions and improve financial performanceAudit, Tax & ComplianceCoordinate external audits and ensure audit readinessManage VAT and corporate tax reporting and complianceEnsure adherence to local regulatory and international accounting standardsOversee CAPEX tracking, asset capitalization, and project cost analysisSupport financial automation and process improvement initiativesImplement best practices to enhance financial controls and efficiencyLeadership & Team DevelopmentCoach, mentor, and develop a young finance teamDrive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong financial governanceQualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related fieldProfessional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or ACMA preferredMandatory experience within F&B or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)industryStrong background in financial control, finance controller responsibilities, operational and technical accountingProven experience managing AP/AR, financial reporting, and audit processesStrong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and complianceExperience with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skillsDemonstrated leadership and stakeholder management experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to challenge processes and drive improvementsWhy Apply?Opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic organizationStrategic leadership role with high business impactCollaborative and growth-focused work environmentCompetitive compensation and career development opportunitiesIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your updated CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
