About the job AccountantWe are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage and support the companys finance and administrative operations in Dubai. This role requires strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience across the full accounting cycle, and the ability to independently manage daily financial activities. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. The Accountant will also oversee and support the administrative operations of the companys training center.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with company policies and applicable standardsManage full accounts payable and accounts receivable cyclesPrepare and review invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, journal entries, and expense reportsPerform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flowPrepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reportsAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesEnsure proper filing, documentation, and record retention for audits and complianceHandle VAT documentation, filings, and basic compliance in line with UAE regulationsCoordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants when requiredAdministrative Responsibilities (Training Center)Prepare management reports and provide administrative support as requiredEnsure smooth coordination between finance and administrative functionsRequirementsBachelors degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant accounting and administrative experienceStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and VATSAP knowledge or hands-on experience is an advantageProficient in MS Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong organizational, analytical, and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
