Finance Director

OverviewOur client, a global risk management organization is looking to recruit a Finance Manager. Based out of Dubai HQ, the FM will have full ownership of the finance function for Kurdistan and other new markets (50% travel) and will be responsible for:Supporting commercial teams with financial information in bidding processInvoicing, billing cycles and support of the Accounts Receivable function in reporting and collectionsOverseeing contractor payroll information with finance Support teamP&L, B/S Preparation, variances and trend analysisMaintaining and reporting balance sheet items including reconciliations (Fixed-Assets/Pre-Paid/Deposits and Accruals)Monitoring and reporting on Cash Flow forecastingPetty cash, consolidation of cash ledgersTax complianceProject AccountingCost control - Identify potential cost reductionEnglish - Fluent / Excellent; Arabic - Fluent / ExcellentOwn a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAnySkills & ExperienceDemonstrates detailed financial awareness – thinks in terms of profit, loss and value-add scenarios;Ability to apply financial analysis and modeling across a range of situations; Consultative approachStructure financial information to meet the various needs of internal and external audiences;Provides input to senior leadership to produce workable solution to financial issues;Demonstrates a systematic and methodical approach to issues;Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including understanding of pivot tables, macro’s, etc;Advanced knowledge of other MS Office systems, such as Word and Powerpoint.5-8 years (min) experience in a Finance role within a multi-country environment;Fluent English speaker;Must have Finance qualification (Diploma/Post Grad level Preferred);Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;Customer focused and demonstrates an interest in understanding others;Willing to travel extensively across the regionAbout The CompanyThe Adecco Group is the world's leading provider of HR solutions.
