Theideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and capable of conducting outdoorsales activities, approaching potential customers, and achieving monthly salestargets.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outdoor sales of EtisalatFixed Service products (Home Internet, Smart Services).Approach and engage withresidents in residential buildings, compounds, and communities to promoteproducts.Create internal leads, referrals,and personal networks to generate new business opportunities.Provide accurate productinformation and explain features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.Ensure proper documentation, formsubmission, and adherence to Etisalat sales guidelines.Maintain daily activity reports,including visits, leads, customer interactions, and closures.Achieve assigned monthly salestargets through consistent field activity.Build and maintain positiverelationships with customers to enhance brand image.Collaborate with the backend teamto ensure timely activation and customer follow-up.Attend daily briefings, trainingsessions, and update meetings as required.RequirementsConfidence in approaching andspeaking to customers face-to-face.Basic understanding of telecomproducts.Ability to work under pressureand meet targets.Good presentation, negotiation,and persuasion skills.Self-motivated, disciplined, and resultoriented.Other RequirementsWillingness to work in outdoorenvironments and conduct door-to-door sales.Flexibility to work as per fieldschedules.Professional appearance andpositive attitude.Location: UAESalary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 (Fixed) based on relevant experience + Incentives up to AED 3000/-Qualification: Higher Secondary (12 th ) or moreLanguages:#J-18808-Ljbffr
