As a School Bus Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students during their daily commute to and from school.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist students in boarding and exiting the school bus safely and efficientlyEnsure all students are seated and wearing seatbelts before the bus begins movingMonitor and maintain order on the bus, ensuring students follow safety rules and regulationsKeep accurate records of student attendance and report any incidents to the bus driver and school administrationCommunicate with parents and school staff regarding any changes in bus routes or schedulesMaintain a clean and organized bus, including regular cleaning and disinfectingAssist students with special needs or disabilities, providing necessary accommodations and supportAdhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the busAttend regular training and meetings to stay updated on safety procedures and policiesPerform other duties as assigned by the school or Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai.QualificationsMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience working with children preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and handle emergency situations effectivelyPhysically fit and able to assist with any necessary tasks, such as lifting and securing wheelchairs or other equipmentFamiliarity with traffic laws and safe driving practicesMust be able to pass a background check and drug test.We are looking for a responsible and dedicated individual who is passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
