JobTitle - Fashion Brand ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a creative and commercially driven Fashion Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, positioning, and execution across all customer touch points. This role is responsible for building brand equity, driving market growth, and ensuring consistent brand identity while aligning creative vision with commercial objectives in a competitive fashion retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and execute the overall brand strategy in line with business goals and target audiences.Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.Ensure consistent brand representation across retail, digital, and marketing platforms.Marketing & Campaign ManagementPlan and deliver seasonal and product-launch marketing campaigns.Coordinate with creative, digital, and retail teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize brand impact.Product & Merchandising CollaborationWork closely with design, merchandising, and buying teams to align product assortments with brand vision.Provide market insights on trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity.Support pricing, promotions, and product storytelling to drive sales.Digital, Social & PR ManagementOversee digital marketing, social media presence, and influencer collaborations.Manage brand communications, PR activities, and partnerships to enhance visibility.Ensure brand tone and storytelling resonate with target customers.Market Analysis & Performance TrackingAnalyze market trends, customer data, and brand performance metrics.Track KPIs such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales contribution.Provide actionable insights and reports to senior management.Budget & Stakeholder ManagementManage brand marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.6–10 years of experience in brand management within fashion or retail industries.Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and retail dynamics.Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand launches.Proven ability to balance creative vision with commercial performance.Key Competencies & BehavioursStrong creative and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesCommercial acumen and results-oriented mindsetAbility to collaborate across creative and commercial teamsHigh attention to detail and brand consistencyAdaptability in a fast-paced fashion environmentWhat We OfferOpportunity to shape and grow a fashion brand in a competitive marketCreative and collaborative work environmentCompetitive compensation and benefitsCareer growth and leadership development opportunitiesApply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
