The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management coupled with leadership skills and a passion for excellence in a high-profile environment.Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for all facilities within the Royal Palace. Supervise and lead a team of facilities management staff and contractors ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Oversee the budgeting and financial management of facilities operations. Ensure compliance with local regulations safety standards and best practices in facilities management. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the premises to identify areas for improvement and maintenance needs. Coordinate and manage renovation or restoration projects as needed. Foster relationships with key stakeholders and service providers to ensure efficient operations. Implement sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) At least 8-10 years of experience in facilities management preferably in a luxury hotel residential estate or palace setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of building systems maintenance procedures and safety regulations. Proficient in budgeting and financial management of facilities operations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
