Facade Site Engineer

Meraki Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Façade Site Engineer to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of façade systems at project sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and installation teams to guarantee the successful execution of façade projects.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the installation of façade systems on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and laborers to ensure seamless execution of façade installation.Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accurate installation of façade components.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.Prepare daily reports summarizing progress, challenges, and resolutions to share with project management.Act as a liaison between site personnel and project management to communicate updates and address concerns.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 10-12+ years of experience in site engineering with a focus on façade installation.Strong understanding of façade systems, construction practices, and relevant building codes.Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering and architectural drawings.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work on-site and manage a team effectively under pressure.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a growing and professional team delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across the UAE.
