Job Description

Store Operations & PerformanceOversee daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure smooth functioningMaintain food quality presentation and service standards consistently across storesMonitor order taking food preparation hygiene and customer serviceEnsure adherence to SOPs recipes portioning and safety guidelinesHandle escalated customer concerns and ensure quick resolutionTeam Leadership & TrainingLead motivate and guide restaurant teams including supervisors and crewConduct regular training on service standards product knowledge and hygieneSupport recruitment onboarding and performance evaluation of staffBuild a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvementInventory Supply & Cost ControlManage inventory levels for raw materials packaging and consumablesMonitor daily consumption wastage and variance taking corrective actionsCoordinate with procurement for timely replenishmentTrack food cost labor cost and operational expensesIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising qualityQuality Hygiene & ComplianceEnsure all outlets comply with HACCP Dubai Municipality standards and internal auditsConduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness sanitation and safetyReview food quality storage procedures temperature logs and expiry checksEnsure staff follow personal hygiene and food handling protocolsSales Forecasting & ReportingAssist in sales forecasting budget planning and revenue targets for each storeAnalyze sales trends menu performance and customer feedbackPrepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for managementExecute promotions new launches and campaigns in coordination with marketingVendor or & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers delivery partners and logistics teamsEvaluate vendor performance and ensure timely deliveriesSupport Operations Head in reviewing contracts and negotiationsNew Store Openings & Operational ProjectsAssist in planning and executing new store setups layout flow and staff deploymentImplement operational improvements and best practices across outletsSupport equipment setup training and pre-opening preparationRequirementsEducationBachelors Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management (mandatory)Certification in Food Safety / HACCP is an advantageExperience46 years of experience managing F&B or QSR outletsExperience handling Indian cuisine/QSR formats is a strong plusProven capability in managing teams and multi-store operationsSkills and AttributesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and customer handling abilityGood understanding of food cost inventory management and QSR operationsKnowledge of HACCP and food safety regulationsProactive organized and detail-orientedAbility to work under pressure during peak hoursWillingness to travel between stores and support on-ground operationsOn-call availability for urgent operational matters#J-18808-Ljbffr
