BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives across hospitality asset management and golf operations.Conduct process discovery documentation modelling and optimization.Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical data-driven improvements.Use SAP Signavio (or similar BPM tools) to model and analyze processes.Define and track process KPIs and performance metrics.Support process standardization across multi-asset portfolios.Facilitate workshops with operational and business stakeholders.Assist with change management and adoption of redesigned processes.Act as a liaison between Business IT and Transformation teams.Required Experience35 years of experience in BPM/BPR or process improvement roles.Exposure to hospitality golf operations asset management or similar operational environments.Working knowledge of BPMN Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies.Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools (preferred).Strong analytical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.Experience working in GCC environments (preferred).Nice to HaveExperience in hospitality or golf transformation projects.Consulting or operator-side experience.Exposure to multi-asset or portfolio-level operations.Vertical: Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
