We are seeking seasoned strategy professionals at the Senior Manager level to join our growing MENA team. You will lead high‑impact engagements, support regional clients, and develop your career through diverse projects and formal learning.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Manager/Senior Manager at EY-Parthenon, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of strategic consulting engagements, specifically within the Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, and Sustainability sectors. Drawing on your prior experience in a top-tier consulting environment, you will define project objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure execution aligns with EY-Parthenon’s rigorous standards.You will work directly with clients to address complex strategic challenges, translating their needs into actionable insights and high-impact deliverables. Your sector expertise will be critical in helping clients navigate industry-specific dynamics.You will also be expected to manage project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables. In addition, you will proactively identify risks, elevate issues appropriately, and contribute to a culture of excellence by mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.Skills & AttributesSolid consulting background with demonstrated experience delivering strategic projects in the Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, and/or Sustainability. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct market assessments, develop business strategies, and apply data‑driven insights to inform decision‑making.Candidates should be proficient in using data analytics tools and possess a deep understanding of industry trends. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required.Qualifications & ExperienceA bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking institution with outstanding academic performance. MBA or Master’s degree will be a plus.At least 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields.Experience in working on ‘big picture’ strategy projects which includes energy‑transition programs, decarbonization roadmaps, industrial competitiveness, sustainability and growth strategy.Ability to make detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.Strong problem‑solving and project management skills.Willingness and ability to travel within the MENA region, when necessary (approximately 25‑70% of time).What we offerAt EY, we’ll develop you with future‑focused skills and equip you with world‑class experiences.
