This entry level position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, providing warm and welcoming interactions, and keeping a positive atmosphere in a fast paced environment. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests-greeting them with a smile, listening to their concerns, and ensuring they feel valued throughout their service experience. No advanced technical knowledge is required; we'll provide all the training you need. What matters most is your excellent attitude, teamwork, and commitment to showing up every day ready to help our customers. Key Responsibilities Provide warm, professional greetings to every customer upon arrival. Listen closely to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood. Maintain clear, friendly communication with customers about wait times and service updates. Create a positive and comfortable customer experience from drop off to pick up. Assist with simple check in and check out steps using basic computer systems. Support the flow of the Express Service lane by coordinating with team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment. Uphold Subaru's high standards of hospitality and customer care. Skills & Qualifications A genuine passion for helping people and providing exceptional customer service. Friendly attitude, professionalism, and strong communication skills. Excellent attendance and reliability-our customers and team count on you! Ability to work in a fast paced environment while staying positive. Basic computer skills (typing, simple data entry, navigating menus).Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years or older. Compensation Estimated Annual Earnings: $35,000-$47,000 Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
