Job DescriptionThe AI Expert will play a key role in advancing the mission of the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation (AIDI) by leading impactful research, driving cross‑sector digital innovation initiatives, and contributing to national AI capacity building. The role focuses on translating cutting‑edge AI technologies into real‑world applications that support government transformation, smart services, and industry advancement in alignment with the UAE’s digital future. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of innovative AI‑driven solutions across priority sectors such as healthcare, education, and government services, while fostering collaboration between academia, government, and industry.Minimum QualificationMSc. or preferably PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or data analytics.Proven track record of high‑quality research publications in reputable journals or conferences.Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for real‑world applications.Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.Preferred QualificationExperience working with government agencies, industry, or innovation hubs on digital transformation projects.Demonstrated success in securing research grants or leading funded research projects.Expertise in emerging areas such as Responsible and trustworthy AI, AI for smart cities and digital government, AI in healthcare, sustainability or energy systems, Generative AI, and advanced data analytics.Experience leading interdisciplinary research teams or innovation labs.Experience delivering professional training programs or executive education in AI and digital technologies.Knowledge of regional or international AI policy and governance frameworks.Experience contributing to national innovation initiatives aligned with strategies such as the UAE National Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2031.Close DateKindly apply before the closing date.30/04/2026#J-18808-Ljbffr
