The Job DescriptionDefine business capability models, value streams, and organizational structures.Align business strategies with IT initiatives and enterprise architecture.Facilitate business architecture governance within the EA Office.Support strategic planning and transformation initiatives.Work closely with business and IT leaders to enable architectural alignment.Ensure business architecture artifacts comply with TOGAF and NORA standards.Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.Hands-on experience with TOGAF and NORA frameworks.Proven experience in supporting or leading the establishment of EA Offices.Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.Experience with business process modeling and capability-based planning.#J-18808-Ljbffr
