Also Foodics has achieved three rounds of funding, with the latest raising $170 million in the largest SaaS funding round in MENA, boosting its innovation capabilities to better serve business owners.The Job in a NutshellThe Expansion Executive is responsible for managing expansion sales requests from existing customers while driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This role ensures that expansion deals are efficiently processed while maximizing revenue through additional product sales. Since expansion revenue is typically self-driven by customer requests, the executive focuses on enhancing deal value by strategically including upsell and cross-sell products.What Will You Do?Expansion Sales Management:Handle incoming new branch sales requests from existing customersGenerate and send quotes promptly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needsTrack expansion requests and ensure timely follow‑ups to close deals efficientlyUpselling & Cross‑Selling Focus:Identify new upselling & cross‑selling opportunities from existing customers through outbound activitiesRecommend additional products to maximize revenue from expansion dealsEnsure that every expansion quote includes relevant upsell/cross‑sell products before sending to the customerSales Process & Coordination:Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of expansion salesCommunicate effectively with customers regarding their expansion needs and available solutionsMaintain accurate records of expansion requests in the CRM systemWhat Are We Looking For?2+ years in sales, account management, or a related fieldExperience in handling sales requests and generating quotesExperience working with CRM systems to manage and track sales activitiesStrong sales mindset with a focus on upselling and cross‑sellingExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDetail‑oriented with strong organizational abilitiesAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlinesExperience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus.Knowledge of Foodics products and their value to different business models is a plus.What We Offer You?We offer highly competitive compensation packages, including bonuses and the potential for sharesWe prioritize personal development and offer regular training and an annual learning stipend to tackle new challenges and grow your career in a hyper‑growth environmentJoin a talented team of over 30 nationalities working in 14 countries, and gain valuable experience in an exciting industryWe offer autonomy, mentoring, and challenging goals that create incredible opportunities for both you and the company#J-18808-Ljbffr
