OverviewThe Executive – Compensation & Benefits (Medical Insurance) is responsible for managing and administering the company’s employee benefits program with a focus on medical insurance. The role ensures smooth coordination with insurance providers, supports employees with insurance-related matters, and assists in HR operations to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage and administer the company’s medical insurance program for employees and their dependentsCoordinate with insurance providers and brokers regarding policy management, renewals, and claimsSupport the annual insurance renewal process, including obtaining quotations, analyzing benefits, and negotiating termsProcess employee enrollments, additions, deletions, and updates to insurance policiesAssist employees with medical insurance inquiries, claims, and approvalsEnsure accurate submission of employee data to the insurance providerMaintain records and documentation related to medical insurance and other employee benefitsMonitor policy utilization and prepare periodic reports for HR managementEnsure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HSE standards related to employee benefitsCollaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, and other teams to ensure accurate deductions and benefit administrationKnowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of employee benefits programs, particularly medical insuranceExperience coordinating with insurance providers or brokersKnowledge of HR operations and payroll integrationStrong analytical, organizational, and reporting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficientlyQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience: 1–3 years of experience in: Compensation & Benefits administration#J-18808-Ljbffr
