Executive Chef vacancy in Ar-Ruwais QatarSeasonal Executive ChefWe are currently seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities for the restaurant- Create menus that are innovative, diverse, and cater to the needs of our customers- Oversee kitchen operations and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff- Train and mentor staff on various cooking techniques, recipes, and safety procedures- Ensure quality control of all food items prepared and served- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environmentRequirements:- Indian nationality preferred- Prior experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively- Creativity in menu planning with knowledge of various cuisines- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.- Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship- No prior experience required - training will be provided- Students looking for seasonal employment are welcome to applyIf you have a passion for food, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!
