The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the foodservice industry and a proven track record of success in creating and executing innovative menus. Our Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, ensuring that all food is prepared in accordance with health codes and standards, as well as our own high standards of quality.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of the kitchen operation and ensure food is prepared to health codes and our quality standards.Develop menus that are creative and cost-effective, while meeting guest needs.Manage staff effectively, including scheduling and training.Stay up to date on current industry trends and food safety regulations.Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and vendors.Ensure budget requirements are met.QualificationsDegree or certification in culinary arts/hospitality management or relevant experience in the field.Extensive experience in the foodservice industry with a proven track record of creating and executing innovative menus.Good understanding of current industry trends and food safety regulations.CompensationSalary: 1200 AED for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
