The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, leading and inspiring the culinary team to create dishes that exceed customer expectations. The Executive Chef must be passionate about cooking and have a strong knowledge of food trends and contemporary cuisine. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and be highly motivated to produce top-quality food products.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of kitchen operations in a professional setting.Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes.Develop menus and manage food costs, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Collaborate on menu development and culinary innovation.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.Qualifications and experienceExperience in menu development and cost management.Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment.Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and high motivation.Prior management experience in a professional kitchen.Ability to manage all aspects of kitchen operations.Valid driver’s license is desirable.Benefits and termsSalary: 1800 AED per month, with potential for bonus payments based on performance.
