Executive Chef job in Riyadh Saudi ArabiaWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including staff, menu planning, ordering and inventory management.The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a professional kitchen and must have a strong commitment to quality and excellence. Our Executive Chef must possess an understanding of international cuisines, excellent leadership skills and be able to work well under pressure.This role includes planning menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner services; coordinating activities with other departments; ensuring the highest standards in food preparation, presentation and hygiene; overseeing the training and development of staff; creating new dishes, refining menu items; controlling costs within budget; and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developments in culinary trends.The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package of 1600 SAR per month with additional benefits such as medical insurance.
