Executive Business Manager

<div><p>We are seeking a highly capable Executive Business Manager to work directly with the founder of a diversified global business spanning wholesale stocklots, luxury resale, logistics, and sustainability ventures. This is not a routine assistant role — it is a strategic partnership position designed for someone who can grow into a trusted advisory, managing half of the operational workload and guiding decision-making with insight and discretion.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Shadow the entrepreneur to learn business operations, contacts, and workflows.</li><li>Manage and execute 50% of daily workload independently (business coordination, supplier follow-ups, compliance tasks, reporting).</li><li>Handle 25% of workload after oral briefing (tasks requiring context but not direct founder involvement).</li><li>Support the founder on strategic matters requiring judgement, discretion, and social intelligence.</li><li>Act as a bridge with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.</li><li>Provide insightful feedback and guidance once familiar with the business ecosystem.</li><li>Maintain flexibility in working hours to align with international operations and founder’s schedule.</li></ul><h3>Ideal Candidate:</h3><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 7–10 years in executive management, operations, or high-level executive assistance.</li><li>Skills:<ul><li>Strong social and emotional intelligence to navigate complex relationships.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication.</li><li>Proven ability to prioritise, delegate, and troubleshoot.</li><li>Tech-savvy with productivity and project management tools.</li></ul></li><li>Personality: Discreet, adaptable, proactive, and capable of growing into a trusted advisory role.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
