The ideal candidate thrives on detail, blending five-plus years of executive assistance experience with a sharp grasp of legal terminology and processes, all while navigating Google Workspace and Microsoft Office with ease. Expect a fast-paced environment where your proactive mindset, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs will directly shape decision-making and operational excellence.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide high-level executive support by managing a complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.</li><li>Prepare and organize comprehensive travel itineraries and expense reports to ensure seamless execution of business travel.</li><li>Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring timely and accurate communication.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and collaboration.</li><li>Anticipate the CEO’s needs proactively and address them with discretion and efficiency.</li><li>Execute errands and personal tasks as required to support the CEO’s daily operations.</li><li>Review and analyze legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Assist with legal research and due diligence processes to support informed decision-making.</li><li>Coordinate with external legal counsel and attorneys to streamline legal workflows and communications.</li><li>Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a fully functional and organized workspace.</li><li>Manage office systems and procedures to uphold operational efficiency and consistency.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.</li><li>Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Experience working in a corporate setting.</li><li>Knowledge of project management tools.</li><li>Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
