Job Description
<div><p>We are currently supporting a leading organisation in the UAE with the search for an experienced Manager - Talent Development&Rewards to join their Human Capital team. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping talent strategy, performance management, succession planning, and total rewards frameworks across the business.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and deliver the organisation’s annual learning and development strategy</li><li>Lead training needs analysis and implement targeted development programmes</li><li>Oversee leadership development, mentorship, and employee capability building initiatives</li></ul><h3>Performance Management</h3><ul><li>Manage the full employee performance cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration</li><li>Ensure strong alignment between individual objectives and overall business strategy</li><li>Support leaders with performance frameworks, reporting, and improvement plans</li><li>Develop and maintain succession plans for critical roles</li><li>Build and manage talent pipelines and career pathing frameworks</li><li>Drive internal mobility and long-term workforce planning</li></ul><h3>Total Rewards&Compensation</h3><ul><li>Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits frameworks</li><li>Manage annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and market benchmarking exercises</li><li>Provide expert advice to senior leadership on reward strategy and policy</li></ul><h3>Leadership&Stakeholder Management</h3><ul><li>Lead and develop a team within the Talent Development and Rewards function</li><li>Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to deliver people strategies</li><li>Support organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement programmes</li></ul><h3>Mandatory Requirements</h3><ul><li>UAEN Applicants only please</li><li>7 years minimum in total rewards/compensation&benefits</li><li>3 years minimum in Talent Management/L&D</li><li>Experience in financial services sector preferred</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
