Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesChairman SupportAct as the primary point of contact for the Chairman with internal and external stakeholdersManage and coordinate the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedulesOrganize and prioritize meeting requests to ensure effective time managementPrepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and supporting documentsAttend meetings, record minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-upManage correspondence, emails, and document flow on behalf of the ChairmanCoordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and expense trackingHandle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretionSenior Leadership & Senior Management Office SupportCoordinate meetings, workshops, and leadership sessionsSupport the Senior Management Office with scheduling, documentation, and reportingAssist in preparing executive presentations, reports, and summariesMaintain structured digital and physical filing systemsFacilitate communication and coordination between senior leadership and internal teamsTrack commitments, deadlines, and cross-functional initiativesRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferredMinimum 2-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executivesExperience supporting C-level executives, Chairman, or senior leadershipStrong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential informationStrong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in documentation and data entryProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office productivity toolsAbility to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities#J-18808-Ljbffr
