In this dual role, you will provide crucial administrative support to executives while also serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our front desk.Responsibilities and QualificationsManage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangementsGreet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate departmentsPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentationsOrganize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digitalCoordinate office operations and manage supplies inventoryAssist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reportsPlan and organize company events and meetingsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismProvide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations1-2 years of experience in an executive assistant or front desk role, preferably in a corporate environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyCustomer service-oriented with a professional and supportive demeanorExperience in scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating travel arrangementsBasic bookkeeping and data entry skillsProficiency in operating standard office equipmentAbility to handle confidential information with discretionAdaptability and willingness to take on various administrative tasks as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
