Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a globally recognized logistics services company. Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact manage the CEOs daily schedule handle confidential information with discretion and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO- Manage and coordinate the CEOs calendar meetings and appointments- Prepare draft and edit correspondence emails reports and presentations- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO- Arrange travel accommodation and itineraries as required- Organize meetings prepare agendas take minutes and follow up on action items- Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure proper documentation- Liaise with senior management clients vendors and other stakeholders- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the CEORequirements- 35 years of experience in a secretarial or Executive Assistant role- Prior experience supporting senior management or a CEO is highly preferred- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational and time-management abilities- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)- Ability to multitask and work under pressure- High level of professionalism discretion and confidentiality- Fluent in English is required.Benefits- Attractive Salary BenefitsRequired Skills:- 35 years of experience in a secretarial or Executive Assistant role - Prior experience supporting senior management or a CEO is highly preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - High level of professionalism discretion and confidentiality - Fluent in English is required.
