HR Executive Recruitment & Operations

Job Description Job Summary: DeepX Labs AI is seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Executive / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms Schedule and coordinate interviews (both online and offline) Collaborate with technical panels for candidate evaluation Handle offer letter issuance and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and HR documentation Monitor attendance and ensure adherence to HR policies Assist in payroll coordination Manage employment contracts and client agreements Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of the recruitment process Experience with job portals (preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Additional Terms: This position includes an Employee Bond agreement. Selected candidates will be required to sign a bond as per company policy at the time of joining.
