Events Director

INFYA is seeking an experienced Events Director to drive the growth and execution of its events business. Based in Dubai, the role requires a strong understanding of the regional market, excellent client relationships, and proven expertise in delivering high-impact events. The Events Director will be responsible for business development, client engagement, and supporting projects from concept through successful delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities aligned with INFYA’s event offeringsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholdersActively reach out to prospective clients and manage ongoing client engagementLead and respond to RFPs, including strategy, proposal development, and presentationsPrepare and deliver compelling pitches to secure new projectsCollaborate with internal teams to support the successful delivery and close-out of projectsStay informed on market trends, industry developments, and emerging event technologiesRepresent INFYA at industry events, conferences, and networking platformsProvide regular reporting and updates to the Senior Management.RequirementsProven experience in a senior events or experiential roleStrong network and established relationships within the UAE / regional marketSolid understanding of the business environment and industry developmentsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadershipBased in Dubai, UAE#J-18808-Ljbffr
