Arabic FX Performance Marketing Manager

<p><strong>Duties&Responsibilities – Performance Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaker | FX Trading Experience Required)</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns focused on client acquisition in the FX/online trading space.</li><li>Manage paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, and affiliate networks targeting Arabic-speaking markets.</li><li>Drive high-quality lead generation (FTDs, deposits) while maintaining target CPA, CPL, and ROI benchmarks.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize based on data insights.</li><li>Develop and localize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels tailored to Arabic audiences and regional preferences.</li><li>Monitor and improve conversion rates across the full funnel (click → lead → funded account → retention).</li><li>Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns meet FX regulatory and advertising standards in target regions.</li><li>Manage relationships with affiliate partners, media buyers, and external agencies.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize performance.</li><li>Track, report, and present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Stay updated on FX industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Oversee marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels for maximum ROI.</li><li>Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).</li><li>Ensure accurate tracking implementation (pixels, events, attribution models) across all campaigns.</li><li>Work closely with sales and retention teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
