Job Description
Events and Production Specialist (6 months)The Events and Production Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events while ensuring all productions meet organizational standards and brand guidelines. This role requires proactive vendor management, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesSupport event planning by gathering requirements, creating timelines, and estimating required resources for external vendors.Research, evaluate, and qualify external vendors based on project needs, quality standards, and budget constraints.Participate in production revisions and ensure deliverables meet organizational expectations.Monitor and ensure that all event outputs align with brand guidelines.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination across multiple events.Functional ResponsibilitiesLeverage insights from previous events and analyze market trends to support the development of new event concepts and production approaches.Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of event participation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand direction.Strategic ResponsibilitiesLeverage insights from previous events and analyze market trends to support the development of new event concepts and production approaches.Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of event participation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand direction.Operational ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end event planning, including gathering requirements, preparing timelines, and estimating resource needs for external vendors.Research, identify, and qualify vendors based on project scope, technical requirements, and budget considerations.Participate in production reviews, monitor deliverables, and ensure all outputs meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.Provide on-site coordination during events, including vendor supervision, schedule tracking, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth production flow.Assist in preparing event documentation such as run-sheets, layouts, production briefs, and progress reports.People ManagementContribute to a productive and collaborative team environment through clear communication and proactive support.Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of work.Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations, deliverables, and project updates.Requirements5-7 years’ experience in related fieldBi-lingual preferred (Arabic & English)DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustry: Human Resources Services
