We are expanding our production team and are hiring an Event Site & Production Executive to manage booth building AV setup agency projects and onsite resource coordination for our international events.Key ResponsibilitiesBooth Building & Agency CoordinationManage endtoend booth design and fabrication for exhibitions and conferencesCoordinate with booth vendors printers and creative agencies for branding and display materialsOversee quality control and timeline adherence for all structural installationsAV Operations & ProductionPlan and supervise AV requirements including LED walls microphones live streaming and control systemsCoordinate with AV vendors and technical crew for seamless eventConduct tech checks and troubleshoot onsite audiovisual issues during eventsOnSite Resources & (Eemee)Supervise onsite teams including logistics volunteers stage managers and tech supportEnsure proper setup of stage registration branding and breakout roomsBe the point of contact on ground for production and vendor coordinationProject ManagementMaintain detailed event production plans schedules and runofshow documentsTrack vendor deliverables budgets and procurement timelinesCollaborate closely with creative content marketing and logistics teamsRequirements3 5 years of experience in event production AV operations or exhibition buildStrong knowledge of booth fabrication AV tech specs and live event flowExperience managing external vendors and onsite staff across global locationsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong problemsolving mindset with the ability to work under pressureWillingness to work in different time zones and manage virtual coordinationBenefitsAs per industry standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
