OverviewJob Title: ETL Developer (MIS)Experience: 5+ YearsEngagement Type: Onsite – Contract (6 Months, Extendable)Location: UAEIndustry: Financial Services / BankingRole Overview: Invest Bank is seeking an experienced ETL Developer with strong hands-on MIS and data engineering experience from the Financial Services / Banking domain. The role focuses on building, enhancing, and supporting ETL pipelines that power MIS, regulatory, and management reporting. The candidate will work closely with Business, MIS, Risk, Finance, and IT teams in an onsite environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple banking systems into MIS and reporting platforms.Support Management Information System (MIS), regulatory, finance, risk, and operational reporting requirements.Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.Troubleshoot data issues, ETL failures, and performance bottlenecks in a production environment.Maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and process flows.Ensure adherence to banking data governance, security, and compliance standards.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience as an ETL Developer, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.Strong experience in MIS / Data Warehousing / Reporting systems.Proficiency in ETL tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, SSIS, Talend, DataStage, or similar).Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills with experience on relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).Experience handling data from core banking, finance, risk, or regulatory systems.Good understanding of banking data structures, KPIs, and reporting cycles.Ability to work independently in an onsite, fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred / Nice to HaveExposure to regulatory or compliance reporting in a bank.Experience with automation, scheduling, and monitoring of ETL jobs.Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools supporting MIS.Contract DetailsDuration: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance and business requirements)Work Mode: OnsiteStart: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
