Estimation Manager

Estimation Manager (proven experience in Qatar is preferred)We are looking for an Estimation Manager to lead the tendering lifecycle, conducting detailed cost analysis, BOQ reviews, and risk assessments to ensure competitive bids. Candidate is to manage teams to produce accurate material, labour, and equipment estimates while ensuring compliance with Qatari regulations.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.Experience: 10-15+ years in estimation and tendering, specifically within Qatar or the GCC construction market.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimating software (e.g., Candy/CCS, Primavera).Certifications: MMUP/UPDA certification (Grade A ) is preferred.Soft Skills: Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
