ERP SYSTEM ANALYST

Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Projects modules such as:Project Financial Management (Costing, Billing, Capitalization)Project Management (Tasks, Scheduling, Progress)Project ContractsGrants Management (if applicable)Project Performance Reporting (PPR)Troubleshoot application issues, monitor workflows, and resolve data discrepancies.Create, track, and coordinate Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support.Configure Project modules based on business requirements and Oracle best practices.Support setups for project types, billing methods, rates, burdening, costs, and revenue rules.Manage system enhancements, personalization, and configuration changes.Work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, SCM, and IT technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Projects with other modules.Support project-related integrations with external systems (e.g., timesheet, expense, and resource management tools).ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with project accounting, PMO, finance, and operations teams to understand business needs.Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to optimize project lifecycles.Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and extensions (BI Publisher, OTBI, OIC).Create test scenarios and test scripts for SIT/UAT cycles.Coordinate user testing activities and ensure proper validation of business requirements.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all project modules.#J-18808-Ljbffr
