Reimbursement should be claimed via the expenses procedure system, with supporting evidence.Global connections: join experts around the world who are at the leading edge of our industry, shaping the standards of our professionTypical ResponsibilitiesAct as the focal point with the client and any contractor Project Controllers as appropriate, to ensure costs and progress are reported accurately, ensure alignment with the project reporting requirements and timely and accurate cost and progress reportingPreparation of Planning Support PackageManaging the overall project CTR budget and costPropose, agree and manage agreed payment plan including milestone payments.Preparing and issuance of Project Invoice(s)Preparation of Project Controls procedures as project requirementsWeekly and Monthly schedule and cost Reporting (using EVM) of planned v’s actual progress figures including forecastingMonitor cost and schedule impact of achievement / non achievement of project milestonesIdentification, monitoring, and reporting against the project critical path providing early warning to the Project Manager of any potential slippagesDevelop and maintain project Work Breakdown Structure for specific scopes of workDevelop and maintain cost and planning control structures in alignment with project Work Breakdown StructureManage the project work approval process in terms of accurate cost code allocation and initial budget set - up and approvalsResponsible for the timely control and forecasting of budgets and ensure that the impact of all change requests is properly assessed and included in the budget and schedules if applicableAssist Project Accountants and Billing Specialists in the Billing process and any other cost related queriesAssist with application of baseline and forecast installation unit rates and norms for estimating quantity change impactsSupports earned value progress measurementMay assist with updates and changes to project quantities and reports on variances to baselineProduction and overall maintenance of project S - Curves and HistogramsCreation of the projects fully resourced, logic linked Gantt Charts within preferred planning software to the agreed project and programme requiremen
