Full Time Nabina Interiors Operations 19 February 2026Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and financial aspects of construction projects in Qatar. The role involves cost control, contract administration, valuations, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost forecastsMonitor project costs, commitments, and expendituresManage variations, claims, and change ordersAdminister contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditionsPrepare interim valuations and certify subcontractor paymentsTrack project progress and assess cost and time impactsSupport preparation of EOTs and cost-related claimsProduce monthly cost reports and cash flow forecastsAssist in final account preparation and close-outCoordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractorsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field5–10 years experience in construction projectsPrior experience in Qatar or GCC preferredStrong knowledge of FIDIC contractsProficient in MS Excel; planning software knowledge is an advantageStrong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
