We believe that each step of this journey must be taken by committing to excellence - excellence in our products, our services, our ideas, and our people.</p><p><b>Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director</b></p><p><b>Years of Experience:</b>10 -15 years</p><p><b>Location:</b>Riyadh, KSA</p><p><b>Role Summary:</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented<b>Sales Director – Enterprise Sales</b>to join our team in<b>Riyadh, KSA</b>, with a strong<b>hunter mindset</b>and focus on acquiring and expanding<b>large enterprise and strategic accounts across the region</b>.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring<b>5–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales</b>, consistently driving new logo acquisition, complex deal closures, and sustainable revenue growth. This role requires deep expertise in consultative selling, executive-level engagement, and building long-term enterprise partnerships.</p><p><b>What will you do?</b></p><ul><li>Own and drive<b>new enterprise customer acquisition</b>across assigned territories and strategic verticals.</li><li>Develop and execute<b>enterprise sales strategies and go-to-market plans</b>to meet and exceed revenue targets.</li><li>Identify, qualify, and close<b>large, complex, multi-year enterprise deals</b>.</li><li>Build and manage<b>C-level and senior stakeholder relationships</b>within enterprise organizations.</li><li>Lead the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.</li><li>Collaborate closely with<b>pre-sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams</b>to craft compelling enterprise solutions.</li><li>Forecast pipeline accurately and maintain a strong<b>enterprise sales funnel</b>.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, commercials, and contractual terms to maximize deal value and profitability.</li><li>Drive<b>upsell and cross-sell opportunities</b>within existing enterprise customers post-acquisition.</li><li>Mentor and enable sales teams by sharing best practices in<b>enterprise selling and deal execution</b>.</li><li>Represent the company at<b>industry events, partner meetings, and executive forums</b>to strengthen market presence.</li></ul><p><b>What skills required?</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in<b>Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering</b>, or a related field.</li><li><b>10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales</b>, preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.</li><li>Proven track record of<b>new logo acquisition and closing high-value enterprise deals</b>.</li><li>Strong<b>hunter mindset</b>with experience selling into large and complex organizations.</li><li>Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with<b>C-suite and senior decision-makers</b>.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles.</li><li>Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.</li><li>Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.</li><li>Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.</li><li>Experience selling in the<b>KSA / GCC enterprise market</b>is a strong advantage.</li></ul><p>Join us as a<b>Sales Director – Enterprise Sales</b>and play a pivotal role in expanding our enterprise footprint across the region.
