Enterprise Sales Executive (Enterprise B2B)Dubai, UAECompany: InfasmeAbout InfasmeInfasme is a fast-growing technology company focused on delivering innovative digital and enterprise solutions to organizations across the Middle East. We partner with enterprises, government, and semi-government entities to support their digital transformation initiatives through cutting‑edge solutions and strategic consulting.Main ResponsibilitiesDrive new logo acquisition by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise accounts.Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.Engage confidently in technical discussions with IT and digital transformation leaders.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting using CRM.Lead and coordinate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.Handle RFPs, tenders, and enterprise procurement processes.Negotiate commercial terms with senior decision-makers.Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling enterprise solutions.Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas.Required Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and executive presenceStrong negotiation and negotiation intelligenceAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and deal management skillsStructured, disciplined, and data‑driven approach to salesHigh ownership and accountabilityStrong relationship building abilityResilience and emotional stability in long enterprise sales cyclesStrategic thinker with strong business acumenEthical, trustworthy, and professionalQualifications2–5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B SalesProven track record of closing complex enterprise dealsExperience in pipeline generation and quota achievementAbility to engage with technical IT stakeholdersExperience handling RFPs and enterprise tendersExperience in the UAE market (Government or Semi‑Government experience is a strong advantage)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related fieldUnderstanding of digital transformation initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
