About the opportunityDrive revenue growth for Semrush by acquiring new enterprise customers, upselling, cross-selling, and managing renewals. Work closely with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify prospects, build relationships, and execute account plans.Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, handling complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Manage a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate cross‑functionally to refine tactics.About your future tasksAcquire new customers, upsell, cross‑sell, and manage renewals.Work with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify and engage prospects.Manage sales cycle from prospecting to close, navigating long and complex selling cycles.Address legal, finance, and IT requirements for deals.Maintain a healthy pipeline and uncover new opportunities.Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.Build strong relationships with existing customers, identify additional Semrush solutions.Track KPIs including call volume, minutes, demos, and outreach cadences.Close cross-sell/upsell opportunities using Semrush product suite.Deliver value‑based selling experience based on automation and customer behavior.Accurately forecast monthly/quarterly sales and retention performance.Provide organizational feedback and identify best practices to refine lead generation playbook.Travel may be recommended but is not required.About youMinimum 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience or comparable customer‑facing role.Fluency in English and Arabic.Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.Understanding of digital marketing trends and SEO concepts (preferred).Self‑starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially from outbound organizations.Experience selling to enterprise accounts in retail, finance, SaaS, or marketing agencies with revenues $500 M+.Familiarity with CRM tools and data‑driven selling strategies.Enthusiasm for fast‑paced, evolving environments.Alignment with core valuesTrust: speak up and be authentic.
